Russia provokes fears of a global food crisis as Moscow continues to attack Ukraine’s grain producers. Ukraine is a major distributor of grain across many African, Middle Eastern, and Asian countries, and without this source, many of these countries will suffer along with Ukraine's economy.

Russian soldiers have been reportedly stealing Ukraine’s grain, loading it onto ships and attempting to sell it abroad. Ukrainian leaders such as foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba have addressed the issue. “Theft has never brought anyone luck.” He states in a tweet, while reminding countries to be watchful, and to not contribute to Russian crimes.
