After a dominant Boston Celtics performance in Game 1, the Golden State Warriors were able to bounce back with a 107-88 win in Game 2, tying the series at 1 game apiece. They were led by Stephen Curry, who scored 29 points to go along with five threes.

The real surprise in this game was 17 points off the bench from Michigan grad Jordan Poole, who played 23 minutes off the bench for the Warriors and made five threes. The game was close until the third quarter, where Golden State outscored Boston 35-14 and pulled away for good.

The series continues Wednesday night for Game 3, which will be the first of 3 straight to be played at TD Garden in Boston. Jayson Tatum for Boston and Curry for Golden State seem to be the leading finals MVP candidates so far. This series is shaping up to be a classic NBA finals battle, with great performances and legendary players showing out, and it looks like it’ll only get better. Make sure to tune in Wednesday at 9pm EST on ABC.
